The modular design of the 6900 enables you to design the printer-applicator of your production dreams. First, it comes equipped with your choice of OEM print module (Zebra, SATO or Datamax-O’neil) for simple repairs, engine swaps and maximum uptime. Then, FOX IV will work with you to select the label application method best suited to your labeling application. Combining your selections into the flexible Allen-Bradley PLC controlled 6900, you’ll have your ideal print and apply unit.

Your operators will appreciate the large 4.3” touch screen control panel. With intuitive operational functions, the control panel is easily read and understood. Additionally, the control panels can be remoted and mounted separately as well as rotated so that they are always accessible. Additionally, the large capacity label roll enables extended production, the screened media paths make it easy for operators to load supplies, and the swing away cylinder assembly allows for full access to clean and maintain the print engine as well as simplify media loading.

With an optional texting module and SIM card, the 6900 can send operators and supervisors status updates directly to their cell phone. This enables both immediate and pre-emptive action for low label or ribbon conditions, printer faults and other warnings. You can even call the printer-applicator for on-demand updates.
