This turnkey system integrates a pneumatic horizontal carton feeder for flattened cartons with the FOX IV Print and Apply system of your choice.
When certain carton designs are flat, the top and bottom thickness do not match, making stacking a challenge. FOX IV's horizontal design assures proper alignment of the cartons for automated labeling and ease of stacking. Once the carton is labeled, it is deposited in a bin for collection.
Configured options include stand, conveyor, photo eyes, software and verification. Our engineers can work with your project developer to add Print and Apply capabilities directly to the shipping line. FOX IV builds the printing industry's latest technology from names like Datamax, Zebra, Intermec, SATO and Printronix into rugged Print and Apply systems.
If you have already validated a tabletop printer, invested in parts and training or have standardized on a label-data format, there is a good chance FOX IV can provide a label printer applicator that suits your operation.
