As an alternative to the TwinPrint system, FOX IV's Two-Label System applies a packing slip and shipping label separately. A standard label printer applicator prints and applies a shipping label to the top or side of a box while a second label printer applicator prints packing slip information on the underside of a label second label. This label is applied to the top of the carton. The end result is a perforated, private packing slip which customer's can easily remove via a tear-strip at the bottom of the label. The top of the packing slip can be pre-printed with company logo or colors.

Separating the packing slip label and shipping label provides flexibility in the shipping process. Data can be sent to each label at any stage of the shipping process and at any point along the shipping line. Also, the visible side of the packing slip label can be customized to provide a brand or marketing message. Two labels allows for more flexibility in carton size and label placement.

Automating the shipping and packing slip processes puts an end to printing, folding, stuffing and applying packing slips and shipping labels by hand. FOX IV automates the entire process while ensuring that the shipping address label always matches the packing slip.

The Shipping Label printer applicator and the Packing Slip printer applicator automatically print and apply at rates up to 25 cartons per minute!*

Each 6" x 8" Packing Slip label leaves 58% less waste material than a traditional 6" x 8" label.
