Industrial Ink Jet printers for non-porous surfaces
The FOX IV HITPRINT industrial ink jet printers print high resolution scratch resistant images, text, and bar codes on a wide range of non-porous surfaces with a solvent free environmentally safe UV ink.
UV inks are environmentally safe - they are solvent free. They adhere to a wide range of substrates - from corrugate to wood to plastic film. Cured UV inks have superior lightfastness and resistance to chemicals.
The fact that the inks don't cure until exposed to UV means that the head open time is increased and maintenance is reduced. Since they have no solvents they do not loose solvent during operation and require no solvent additions or makeup inks.
Both a 2-liter and a 5-liter bag-in-box ink supply are available. The ink supply can be changed while the printer is operating. The inks can be shipped via UPS or other common carriers. Disposal of empty ink containers does not require any special handling or permits.
Printing formats are designed using CodeSoft - a global label design package. CodeSoft can be used to FOX IV HITPRINT ink jet printers do not require a proprietary software design package. Images can be stitched together to print over 11" wide and 10 feet long.
