FOX IV's 6000 Series of Label Printer Applicators achieve incredible print speeds and quality utilizing Avery-Dennison DPM module printers.
Each system arrives standard with a 16-inch OD label roll and the same unwind/rewind system used in our heavy duty Uniwall Series. This provides at least 75% more label capacity than the industry-standard 12-inch OD roll.
Other features of the the 6005 Label Printer Applicator include a 5" maximum print width, high-quality 300 dpi resolution, sturdy construction intended for 24/7 production, dynamic tension control and screen-printed media paths.
The user-friendly DPM 5 module provides time savings, straight-forward maintenance and a rapid turnaround of central status queries. Centralize and send data and updates directly to all Avery modules on a single network. Timed to the second, the 6004 system labels quickly and precisely and affords variable data from label to label. Ideal for logistics applications, individual packages in shipment or for individual parts identification.
