Equipment
FOX IV's durable, industrial labeling equipment, for which we are reknown globally, is the cornerstone of our business. FOX IV designs and manufactures equipment to the highest quality standards in our Export, Pennsylvania, USA facility. We are continually looking at designing the best solutions for our customers.
Our equipment is shipped around the world. Global installations include Australia, Chile, Malaysia, Germany, and the Netherlands. With global installations in mind, the equipment is designed for simple installation and ease of operator use.

Our labeling printing equipment integrates the foremost label printing technology including print engines from Zebra Technologies, SATO, and Epson.
Additionally, because FOX IV has its own in-house machining center, we are able to develop new products and custom systems in an expedient manner. Our machining center includes several HAAS CNCs as well as a Carvera Desktop CNC.

Engineering and Integration
From its inception, FOX IV has recognized the value of having our own in-house engineering staff. Our team of Mechanical, Electrical, and Software engineers are integral in the design of our standard labeling systems, custom labeling systems, and integration of our equipment with other technologies and controls.
Labeling Supplies
Not only does FOX IV supply label equipment, but we also convert labels, supply thermal transfer ribbons, and provide ink-jet printer inks to compliment our equipment offerings. Our knowledge of labeling equipment as well as label conversion benefits our customer by being able to provide labeling supplies suited to automated labeling as well as manual labeling, which can have varying requirements.
Our labeling supplies experts are able to recommend different facestocks, adhesives, ribbon formulations, and ink types to suit the different types of label printing and application methods.
Service, Installation, and Training
Service, installation, and training are a vital part of FOX IV's business offering. We service all FOX IV equipment as well as label printers from most of the major labeling technologies including Zebra, Honeywell, and SATO. We have even been able to successfully service competitive labeling equipment upon request. Service support is available 24/7.
Installation is offered for all FOX IV automated equipment sales and includes basic operator training. In-depth operator and maintenance trainings are also available and can be customized to individual company needs.
