Label & ribbon supplies can be a key factor in the success or failure of your labeling application. Because of our experience with automated labeling equipment, FOX IV’s Label Group has the knowledge and expertise to provide the best supplies for your labeling application.
From primary labeling to shipping containers, our label group is able to offer a wide range of label stocks, sizes and colors. In addition to blank label thermal and thermal transfer stocks for label printers and printer-applicators, FOX IV can supply color ink-jet compatible labels as well as pre-printed labels using flexographic or our short-run digital printing processes. Specialty labels with laminations, special adhesives, and more are also available. FOX IV also produces pre-printed bar code labels utilizing either the flexo or electronic printing processes in large or short runs. Labels are supplied in rolls, or fan-folded form.
FOX IV has the ability to provide custom cut full color labels. Labels are full CMYK printed onto paper or synthetic label stock with up to 1200 dpi resolution. Lamination for additional aesthetics and durabilty can be added as requested. Labels up to 10" long or 8" wide can be printed and with most shapes able to be cut - even complex cuts.Short run labels as well as high quantity label rolls can be accommodated. Printing method is dependent on label run size and shape. Short run custom cut labels are great for quick packaging changes, market testing, and lower volume products. Higher quantity label runs are ideal for large quantities of products and lower per label costs.

FOX IV provides blank labels for thermal and thermal transfer printing. Labels can be paper or synthetic, cut to size, and supplied in roll or fan-fed form.
Whether you need flood coated labels for printing, or fully-printed, FOX IV can provide you with high quality labels. Digital short-run or flexographic printing, up to 8 colors, is available. We can even supply ready-to-use printed barcode labels.
FOX IV offers a range of ink-jet compatible labels for use in color label printer like the Epson® ColorWorks® and Swiftcolor printers. Both matte and gloss labels are available as well as gloss paper and synthetic label stocks. We can also provide BS5609 standard labels.
If you need something other than a standard label, please ask us about it. We can accommodate many specialty labels including pin-fed, double sided (duplex), blackout, and more.
