Quick Slip™ 5520 Label Print and Apply
The Quick Slip™ Packing Slip Automation System simplifies the packing slip process and reduces packing slip-to-order matching errors. Its unique design enables the Quick Slip™ to print on the label liner and apply the label to shipping container or pallet while keeping the list of contents concealed. The visible top side of the Quick Slip label™ is boldly printed to identify it and indicates that the packing slip is hidden underneath.
The packing slip information can be pulled directly from the order management software utilizing a scan, lookup, print and apply process that is commonly used to print and apply the shipping label, or from a local work station. FOX IV’s software experts can assist in integrating a Quick Slip™ system into existing production lines.
If you already have a print and apply system to automate your shipping labels, you can easily add a Quick Slip™ system to automate your packing slips as well.

The Quick Slip™ replaces resource wasting traditional packing slips that are printed on large sheets of paper. These sheets need to be folded, either mechanically or manually, stuffed into a plastic envelope, have the adhesive strip backing paper removed, and adhered to the shipping container or pallet. The Quick Slip™ completely eliminates the plastic envelope as well as the time or equipment to fold and fill that envelope. With the Quick Slip™, the packing list information is printed on the reverse side of the Quick Slip™ label which is adhered automatically to the shipping container or pallet. Only a small amount of backing paper is rewound for disposal. Additionally, an optional air monitoring system is available on the Quick Slip™ system for optimizing air usage.
The printed top side of the Quick Slip™ Label can be customized for individual companies to include their logo and any printed text they choose in addition to the "Packing Slip" identifying text and packing slip access instructions. This may include custom print colors, logos, purchase return information, company information or simple Packing Slip indications.
